          is perfect — right in the city centre, close to everything. The facilitie
         s are brilliant: there’s a gym, a clean laundry room, and even a cinema ro
         om with karaoke, a PS5, and a Nintendo Switch packed with games. There's als
         o a mahjong table which is a fun bonus!

One of my favourite parts is the 
         “breakfast to go” and the amazing tea station with flavour syrups and an
          ice machine — such a nice touch. The whole place is always clean and well
          looked after.

The best part? The staff. Gabi, the house manager, is abso
         lutely amazing — super helpful, friendly, and always making sure everyone 
         feels welcome and looked after.

Highly recommend for any student looking
